Freshly renovated, we offer 2 accommodations for spa guests, for 2/4 people of 40m2, ideally located (300 m from the thermal baths of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux). The apartments have a living space, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living space includes: sofa bed - flat screen HD TV - dining table with 4 chairs - open kitchen equipped: fridge with freezer space, oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker (with welcome pods) , toaster and complete crockery. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a shower (140*90 shower tray), a WC, a towel radiator and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a 160*200 bed, a wardrobe and a flat screen HD TV. Parking is free and in front of the accommodation. You will be located 300 meters from the thermal baths & the forest, 5' from the town center of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, 25 minutes from Tournai & Valenciennes and 40' from Lille. The price is all-inclusive and includes household linen (bedroom, bathroom & kitchen), cleaning products, wifi access and water/electricity/heating consumption. The departure cleaning package is €30. Rental is only for a full week from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.
