The Sabatier site, located in the heart of the Raismes-Saint-Amand-Wallers State Forest, combines several aspects of mining activity in a restricted area: a recolonized conical heap, a collapsing pond, Garden of the Pinson (Sainte-Cécile chapel of Polish inspiration). Culminating more than 100 meters high, the site Sabatier constitutes one of the vestiges of the mining.
