Rémi, a warm and welcoming Belgian who has lived in Flines for over 15 years, greets you in a pleasant and discreet setting, while Mélanie, a local, prepares Pleasure cuisine using seasonal, primarily local products; from butter to bread, vegetables to beer, ice cream to digestifs, and more.
