The studio is next to our house which is located on a quiet street. With a surface area of 20 m2, it has all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay in complete safety. There you will find a pretty bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a comfortable bed for 2 people, a living space with a television, WiFi, as well as a fully integrated “kitchenette” (hotplates, fridge, sink, cooking tools…). The studio has secure private parking and an enclosed, green outdoor space. Ideal for your stays of 3 weeks or a month. (or even more depending on our reservations) but it will be just as suitable for your weekend or week-long stays. Our geographical location facilitates access to the thermal cures of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (less than 1 kilometer) as well as to businesses located on the outskirts of the town. (GlaxoSmithKline laboratory, Center Leclerc, Alstom, Toyota, etc.). The rental price also includes all charges related to its operation (Water, Gas, Electricity). Maximum capacity: 2 people. Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux is a spa town in the North of France, there you will find a well-stocked commercial area including a cinema complex, a bowling alley, restaurants, a “Pasino”, tourist sites rich in heritage and history as well as a very extensive national forest... Activities offered on site with the Energétika association: Women's circles, twice a month, intuitive dances and meditative walks: once a month. 10 euros per activity per person.
