Visit to the Church of Saint Barbara in La Sentinelle. For European Heritage Days, the Church of Saint Barbara in La Sentinelle opens its doors to the public. Visitors can discover the unique history of this former mining building, a mine shaft belonging to the Anzin Mining Company, and visit the basement with a guide. Dates: Saturday, September 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Sunday, September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Admission: Free.
