Le Gîte du Marais

Located in the heart of the Scarpe-Escaut Regional Natural Park, the Gîte du Marais de Bousignies is a 60 m² single-story, self-contained cottage offering complete privacy. Run by Damien and Linda, owners passionate about their region, this cottage welcomes you to a peaceful, green setting, just 15 minutes from the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux thermal baths. The Gîte du Marais de Bousignies features two double bedrooms (140 cm beds, new bedding), a bathroom with shower, a living room with an electric reclining sofa and a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are included: heating, electricity, hot water, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed for each stay. It is 20 minutes from Valenciennes, 30 minutes from Douai, and 5 minutes from the Marchiennes state forest. Ideal for: romantic getaways, spa breaks, family holidays (up to 4 people), remote working in the countryside.
