Welcome to the 1410 workshop, our 2 eco-citizen cottages are living spaces restored to new, with care, between modernity and authenticity. 2 accommodations, set back from the road, quiet, enclosed with terrace, secured by a motorized gate before arriving at the free and private parking area. Everything has been done to offer you a quality and comfortable stay, thought out down to the smallest detail. L'Atelier 1410, these are 2 separate gîtes: - the 1st of 38m2 for 2 people (labeled 2 ears by Gîte de France) with a spacious single bedroom with an exterior view of an equestrian arena, a bathroom with WC, a large bright living room with open kitchen. - the 2nd of 53m2 for 4 people (labeled 3 ears by Gîte de France) with 2 spacious single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 spacious and bright living room, 1 full kitchen. A dishwasher and a washing machine are complementary to the household appliances present in the 2 gites (Senséo coffee maker, toaster, oven and MO oven, induction hob/extractor hood) The two gîtes have free and secure very high-speed WIFI as well as well as a private terrace. Although the 38m2 cottage has a washing machine, the laundry room is accessible to both accommodations and has a washing machine, a dryer, a steam generator and ironing board. The price includes the rental of the cottage, the supply of household linen, cleaning products, water/electricity/heating consumption. Non-smoking cottage Optional departure cleaning package. Rental only during the full week from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. Pets not accepted.
