Listed as historical monuments, its headframes and winding machinery reflect the atmosphere of the era and bear witness to the arduous labor of the miners. While you won't be able to descend into the mine, an exterior visit will allow you to appreciate the scale of the site! The program includes a technical tour of the site to understand the extraction process and the role of the headframes and shafts in mining operations. From the galleries to the transport of coal via the conveyors, this tour will reveal the inner workings of the site.
