Her parents have the power, and the responsibility, to dream of geese every night. These dreams ensure a good hunt the next day and the survival of the village. But one day, they no longer dream, and Nuaq's family must leave. Nuaq, who has inherited this gift, must then dream for everyone. But if she fails, will she have to leave too?
